Every cake should taste as incredible as it looks! That’s why I only use the highest quality ingredients – including real butter; Fairtrade organic vanilla bean, locally sourced free-range eggs and premium Swiss sugarpaste.

My wedding cakes and sweet treats are all baked fresh to order. All of my cakes have 4 even layers of sponge and 3 layers of filling. Each tier is approximately 6" tall. Extra tall tiers are approximately 9" tall.

Hopefully there's a flavour to cater for every taste but if there's a flavour you'd like that's not on my menu please just ask!.






  • Classic Vanilla

    Light vanilla sponge, layered with smooth Madagascan vanilla buttercream and strawberry preserve.

  • Lemon Delight

    Zesty lemon sponge, layered with lemon curd and fresh lemon buttercream.

  • Belgian Chocolate

    Light chocolate sponge, layered with lightly whipped Belgian chocolate buttercream.

  • Dark Chocolate & Raspberry

    Rich chocolate sponge, layered with Belgian dark chocolate ganache and raspberry preserve.

  • Caramel Deluxe

    Caramel sponge, layered with smooth salted caramel buttercream and caramel sauce.

  • Chocolate Salted Caramel

    Rich chocolate sponge, layered with smooth salted caramel buttercream and caramel sauce.

  • White Chocolate & Raspberry

    Light vanilla sponge, layered with smooth white chocolate buttercream and raspberry preserve.

  • Coconut & Lime

    Coconut & zesty lime infused sponge, layered with smooth lime buttercream.

  • Chocolate Orange

    Rich chocolate orange sponge, layered with dark chocolate orange ganache.

  • Carrot & Orange

    Lightly spiced sweet carrot cake, layered with fresh orange buttercream.

  • Classic Red Velvet

    Classic red velvet sponge with a hint of chocolate, layered with smooth vanilla buttercream.

  • Cherry & Almond (contains nuts)

    Light almond sponge, layered with Morello cherry preserve and smooth cherry buttercream.



All of my sugar paste cakes are first covered with a thin layer of Belgian, white chocolate ganache, which allows me to achieve my signature, sharp edges and smooth finish.

All of my cakes and sweet treats are produced in an environment where gluten, nuts, dairy and eggs are present, therefore I am unable to cater for allergies or special dietary requirements.

I do not offer eggless, gluten free, vegan or dairy free cakes.
